Washaw – “Eko Yi”
“Eko Yi” is a new type Afro-Pop vibe. The song is some where between Afro and traditional music; a very daring fusion. The first time i heard the tune, i knew it would become an instant radio hit.
Washaw is a typical Lagos bred, just like YBNL Olamide. He is down-to-earth ‘street’… easy going, handsome and talented. A prospective brand ambassador.
The Erin-Ile indigene of Kwara State was christened Olamide Arowolo Samson at birth but later took up the stage image “Washaw”. His music journey started in 2015, and ever since he been polishing his craft. He is currently resident in Lagos state.
The song “Eko YI” is his debut single off his forth coming EP. The song was produced by Maff Milleraka Zeus at the 2tyte Media professional studio.
